Shipping policy

Shipping time starts after production. Once an order is shipped or delivered, Mrs.KC Gift Shop is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or packages marked delivered by the carrier. Tracking will be provided when applicable.

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer than anticipated due to holidays, inclement weather or other circumstances that are beyond our control.

 

LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

Mrs.KC Gift Shop offers local pickup for customer convenience.

Pickup Notification:
Customers will be notified once their order is ready for pickup. Orders must not be picked up until confirmation has been received.

Pickup Responsibility:
The customer (or authorized individual) is responsible for picking up the order at the agreed time and location.

Order Verification:
Customers may be asked to confirm their name, order details, or provide identification at pickup.

Proof of Pickup:
By picking up the order, the customer confirms that the order was received in full and in satisfactory condition. Confirmation may be documented by message, signature, or other verification.

Missed Pickups:
Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to additional arrangements.

Liability:
Once an order has been picked up and confirmed, Mrs.KC Gift Shop is no longer responsible for the item.

Disputes:
Customers agree to contact Mrs.KC Gift Shop directly regarding any issues prior to initiating a chargeback. Proof of pickup and communication records will be used in the event of a dispute.
