All custom orders are nonrefundable.
At this time we are unable to process returns or exchanges, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you've received an incorrect item please contact us. All issues will be handled on a case by case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
